The Multi-Gen 7XL homogenizing kit is ideal for processing multiple samples directly inside 1.5 to 15 mL tubes without the risk of cross-contamination or need to clean probes in between samples. Environmentally friendly option over plastic disposable probes with a long life span and economical operation within the first year. Included homogenizer has a 2-year warranty with a 144-watt, high-torque motor that features a variable-speed adjustment, allowing homogenization in seconds. A separate on/off switch located at the top of the unit provides easy access and increased safety. The included 12-Pack of Multi-Gen 7XL probes have a 7mm X 115m open-slotted tooth design, constructed of 316 stainless steel and PTFE. They can be reused an unlimited number of times, process difficult samples like tough tissues, and can be sterilized by any method, including flaming and autoclaving. An adapter allows the homogenizer to connect a clean probe and disconnect a used one quickly and easily, avoiding the chance of accidental contamination.
