Use the ashing furnace to determine loss on ignition and for substance analysis for food and plastics. Furnace heats up to a maximum of 1100°C (2012°F) with great temperature uniformity. Preheated incoming air ensures less temperature fluctuations as air enters the chamber. A special fresh air/exhaust system replaces the air more than 6 times per minute to provide sufficient oxygen levels for the ashing process.
Easily operate and monitor the furnace with the B510 controller featuring intuitive touch panel and simple program entry. View colored display of temperature curves and process data such as estimated end time and date on the multiparameter display. Save favorite programs to streamline the ashing process. Real-time clock allows delayed time start. Keypad lock and user level setting prevent any unauthorized changes. Use the USB interface to save data on a USB stick for documentations.
High-quality insulation and low power consumption provide a highly efficient furnace. Ceramic heating plates protect the heating elements against splattering for longer operation life and is easy to replace. Double-wall housing with textured stainless steel exterior keeps exterior surface temperature low while providing stability. Convenient drop-down door can be used as a workspace.
