Snap cap microcentrifuge tubes for medium size samples under 5 mL

These conical bottom, polypropylene (PP) microcentrifuge tubes offer an alternative to 15 mL conical tubes for applications involving volumes less than 5 mL. The smaller tube size allows only the pipette tip to be inserted, reducing risk of contamination. They have a MAX RCF (maximum relative centrifugal force) of 25,000 x g.

An easy-to-open, attached snap cap allows opening with one hand yet is snug enough to keep your samples secure. The smooth, transparent tube body has clear graduations and a frosted marking area for easy tagging and identification. With a temperature range of -80 °C (-112 °F) to 121 °C (250 °F), these microcentrifuge tubes are DNase/RNase-free, nonpyrogenic, and conform to USP Class VI standards.
