These low-pressure drop mass flow controllers, featuring a fast control response time of just 30 milliseconds (ms), offer quick integration into test stands for accurate verification without any warm-up time. Controllers create minimal pressure drop, making them ideal for systems with limited source pressure. They are capable of measuring and controlling flow generated by both positive pressure and suction. Real-time monitoring of flow, pressure, and temperature is available directly on the display screen.

The controllers come with 98 pre-loaded gas calibrations, which can be seamlessly switched while maintaining accuracy. The stand-alone units measure mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature, and absolute pressure, with flow rates displayed in standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM). Additional key features include an LCD display with backlight, a data I/O port for logging data to your computer, and flexible mounting options, including upside-down installation.
