Ensure food safety with this food HACCP thermometer. LEDs indicate safe cool/frozen, safe holding, or danger zone conditions at a quick glance; green light under 4°C (40°F) or over 60°C (140°F) and red danger light between 4 to 60°C (40 to 140°F).
Easily measure temperatures of liquids and semi-solids using the piercing stainless steel probe. An infrared thermometer allows temperature measurements from a distance. Waterproof construction allows for use in labs, plants, and all food areas—simply wash down to clean. Meter features Min/Max readings, selectable °F/°C, and low-battery indicator.
Traceable® Products come with an individually numbered Traceable® Certificate provided with each unit, assuring accuracy from our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (1750.01) calibration laboratory, accredited by A2LA. The certificate indicates traceability of measurements to the SI units through NIST or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMIs) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Agreement. Every Traceable® product undergoes an intense vetting process before it can carry the Traceable name, saving you both time and money by eliminating the need for separate calibration.
