Switch-selectable alarms activate on either a temperature rise above set point or drop below set point. Set alarm for either no delay or one hour delay to prevent alarm from activating with slight temperature change (i.e. in freezers with frequent door openings). The temperature sensor wire has a standard two-prong plug that can be spliced and extended up to 200 feet using 22-gauge wire. Alarms feature remote screw connections for external devices or remote alarms.
