The DPM1000 power clamp meter/data logger combines the functionalities of a power meter, harmonics meter, and data logger all in a single unit. This meter is ideal for measuring mains power quality and applications in the development, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and devices used in power electronics and power engineering.
Place the jaw around the conductor to measure AC, DC, pulsed, and mixed currents up to 1000 A; measure AC or DC voltage up to 1000 V with the supplied test leads. Simultaneously use both methods (jaw and test leads) to take power related measurements, including energy consumption, frequency, total harmonic distortion, distortion factor, and capacitance. The meter also measures single- and three-phase active power and power factor, the harmonic content of the signal up to the 25th harmonic, and temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F) with the supplied thermocouple probe.
Easily view the measurements on a large, backlit LCD screen. Store up to 9999 readings on the meter that can be downloaded to create graphs and reports. Set the record rate from 1 to 600 s. Use the Bluetooth® connection to transfer real-time data to the free Megger Link™ App. The meter also features auto-ranging and three-phase rotation indication, as well as auto-off to save battery life.
