The closed grinding vial prevents sample cross-contamination, retains volatiles, and protects hazardous and critical samples. End plugs and impactor are made of Cr-free ASTM 06 steel to eliminate chromium contamination during grinding. Low-chrome steel end plugs and impactor are autoclavable and reusable; polycarbonate center cylinders are disposable or may be cleaned with hot water and detergent. Grinding vial set is compatible with CG-200 Freezer/Mill® cryogenic grinder. For use with CG-400, CG-450, and CG-500 Freezer/Mill® cryogenic grinders, order multivial holder 04500-51. Easily remove end plugs using extractor 04550-46.
