The 4, 5, and 15 mL vial sets come in a foam vial holder within a sturdy polyethylene carrier that has the same footprint and height as a deep-well titer plate. Carrier are used in pairs and fits adjustable clamp assembly 04605-08. Run up to four vial sets at a time for high-throughput tissue homogenization and cell lysis. Use frosted PE vials 04576-97 with Cryo-Block 04500-25 to preserve temperature sensitive samples during grinding. Polyethylene is compatible with commonly used reagents such as TRIzol® solution.
