These orange colored epoxy-coated steel wire stands can securely hold a high-density 8 1/2" x 11" (22 x 28 cm) polyethylene bag in an upright open position. Ideal for collecting pipette tips, microcentrifuge tubes, and other hazardous materials throughout the day. The stands are reusable, can be cleaned by hand or in automated dish washer, and autoclavable at 250°F (121°C).

The biohazard bag holder kit features a snap-on polypropylene cover which fits snugly enough to provide stable containment, but is easy enough to disassemble and won't lead to spills or torn bags. Cover provides compliance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(xiii)(A), which requires a cover on any container used to store, transport, or ship biohazardous wastes.
