Stopcock Valves for Precision Flow Control in Fluid Handling Systems.

Stopcock valves are compact, quarter-turn devices designed for fast shut-off, throttling, or flow diversion. They come in 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way configurations, with wetted surfaces made from PTFE or corrosion-resistant brass. Orifice sizes range from 1/8 to 1/2 inch, and connection options include luer-lock, NPT, and flare fittings for secure, leak-resistant setups. The 90-degree handle provides a quick visual check of whether the valve is open or closed. These valves support pressures up to 50 psig and temperatures up to 200 °F, making them suitable for precise dosing, venting, or draining in tight spaces. Common uses include semiconductor wet benches, biopharma fluid systems, chemical distribution panels, and laboratory glassware assemblies.
