These lightweight and compact pocket refractometers are ideal for determining Brix concentration in fruits, beverages, cutting oils, and organic samples. Meters store the last 100 readings with date and time stamp. Export data history to a PC, smartphone, or tablet with Bluetooth® wireless technology.

To measure, simply apply two to three drops of sample onto the prism, press the start key, and the percentage value is displayed in seconds. Calibration is simple — clean off the prism, add water, and press the zero key. Clean under running water.
