Ansell Chemical-Resistant PVA Gloves

Extreme resistance to strong solvents, including aromatics, aliphatics, and chlorinated solvents

Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) gloves are nearly inert to strong solvents, including aromatics, aliphatics, and chlorinated solvents—chemicals which quickly deteriorate natural rubber, neoprene, and PVC gloves. With PVA gloves, there is little absorption to cause swelling and little extraction to cause shrinking. PVA gloves weigh about half as much as neoprene-coated gauntlets, so they provide a high level of comfort. PVA also offers good resistance to snags, punctures, abrasion, and cuts.

Note: PVA coating is water-soluble. Do not use in water or water-based solutions.
