More About this Item

These handheld infrared (IR) thermometers are ideal for diagnostic and inspection applications where temperature is an indicator, especially for hard-to-reach areas and moving parts. Since IR temperature measurement does not require contact with surfaces, these thermometers reduce damage and contamination. These portable IR thermometers are easy to use—simply pull the trigger and the temperature will show on the display

Standard Compact Thermometer has a 12:1 distance-to-target ratio, adjustable emissivity 0.1 to 1.00, and auto power off. Programmable high/low alarms alert you audibly and visually when temperature exceeds set points. Thermometer includes two AA batteries.

Cole-Parmer provides a wide offering of Professional Infrared Thermometers with varying features and accuracies depending on your application.

However, none of our infrared thermometers, no matter the manufacture, are approved for medical usage, and are not FDA approved.
