International - Terms and Conditions

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown are current U.S. prices (CND if ordering from Canada). You can confirm current prices and availability with our Customer Contact Department by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can also request written quotations to be sent to you by fax, mail, or e-mail.
International Customers: Contact your dealer for a "pro forma quotation" (with local pricing and appropriate freight, duty, and clearance costs).
Terms of Payment: Terms of payment are Net 30 days with established credit.
New Accounts: We welcome new accounts-either an acceptable Dun and Bradstreet rating or three trade references included with your initial order will suffice. We also accept Procurement card, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, check, or money order.

Discounts: Certain items throughout this catalog are available at discounted prices when you order them in quantity. Note: These discounts might not apply to orders being shipped outside of the United States and Canada.
Confirming Orders: Please do not send a confirming order unless your ordering system requires one. You must state any special conditions that are on your confirming order when you first place your order with Cole-Parmer. Please mark confirming orders clearly to prevent duplication. A restocking fee may be charged for return of duplicate shipments.
Product Design Changes: Due to continuing improvements in design, some items may differ slightly from the description and photograph in the catalog. Specifications are subject to change without notice. If you have questions, our Application Specialists will be happy to discuss any design improvements and advantages. We continually update our database with all current product information and changes, which we will relay to you when your order is processed.
Shipments: Unless you specify the shipping method, we will determine for you the most expedient and efficient means of transportation. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance) will be added to your invoice.
Cole-Parmer will not be liable for any claim,
loss, or damage caused in whole or in part

inability or delay in obtaining necessary labor,
material or products from usual sources;
material shortages; accident; act of any civil
or military authority; act of war; or act of
purchaser; or by the occurrence of any other
contingency beyond Cole-Parmers reasonable
control. In such event, the date of delivery
or time for completion shall be postponed
by such length of time as may be reasonably
necessary to compensate for the delay.
